The footage shows the car, owned by a local Surabh Dukhande, running over a dog who happens to be sleeping on a street near a residential block.<br />The chilling video shows the dog writhing in pain after being run over by the car. Other street dogs are seen rushing to help the poor canine.<br />According to an eyewitness, Nanda Mahadik, Saurabh had recently told her that he would kill all the dogs in the neighbourhood because they keep urinating on his new car.<br />The dog has now been shifted to a specialist veterinary clinic where the vets are trying to feed him food and medicines.<br /><br />Video; AP/Caters TV<br />Music: Big Bang Fuzz
