Great Britain advanced to the quarter-finals of the Davis Cup World Group in dramatic fashion on Sunday after Canadian teenager Denis Shapovalov defaulted for striking a ball at the umpire.<br />Shapovalov was serving at 2-1 down in the third set after losing the first two to Kyle Edmund 6-3, 6-4.
