비건 美대북특별대표 오늘 방한…'지소미아'•북미실무협상 조율?<br /><br />Washington's nuclear envoy Stephen Biegun is to arrive in Seoul this evening... to talk with his South Korean counterparts about tightening up security cooperation between South Korea, Japan and the U.S.<br />On Wednesday, Biegun will likely ask South Korea to extend its military intelligence sharing agreement with Japan.<br />The ongoing trade friction with Japan has led South Korea to reconsider the deal which will be automatically renewed unless Seoul decides by this Saturday to scrap it.<br />On Thursday, Biegun will also likely talk with Kim Hyun-chong, the deputy chief of Cheong Wa Dae's National Security Office on how South Korea and the U.S. can cooperate on North Korea's denuclearization.<br />
