Razor wire was seen being installed on the perimeters and walls of Kwun Tong police station in Hong Kong today (August 20).<br /><br />Workers were seen using a scissor lift to apply the sharp wire to the already fortified perimeter.<br /><br />The filmer said on Twitter: "Shocked to see razor wire going up around Kwun Tong Police station.<br /><br />"More evidence of Hong Kong’s rapid transformation into a #PoliceState."
