For gym-goers who want a more domestic touch to their work out, Tokyo's 'Maid Gym' where the fitness instructors wear french maid outfits, could be the answer.<br />The certified fitness instructors with a frilly twist could be seen training in the gym and helping a patron with his weights.<br />Maid Gym instructor Ruby Hataoka said the training was "strict" and "serious" but that it might be more friendly than other places full of "big" "macho guys" and "scary people".
