Facebook Rolls Out <br />“Off-Facebook Activity” Tool.<br />Facebook is finally sharing exactly what information it’s been collecting from people.<br />The new “Off-Facebook Activity” feature will give users access to their online browsing histories and the option <br />to disassociate the data from their accounts.<br />The opt out offering will prevent the company from tracking what websites users visit outside of Facebook and eliminate targeted ads.<br />Despite disabling tracking, information will remain on Facebook servers and be used for its analytics.<br />Zuckerberg announced the feature over a year ago under the name, “Clear History,” in an effort to alleviate the aftermath of the Cambridge Analytica scandal
