Our top story this morning...<br />The top diplomats of South Korea and Japan are set to sit down for talks on Wednesday,... as tensions remain high between the two Asian neighbors.<br />Seoul's Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha who is in Beijing,... will sit down with her Japanese counterpart Taro Kono to discuss pending issues facing the two countries.<br />Kang is expected to urge Tokyo to come to the negotiating table to resolve the ongoing trade tensions,... while raising Seoul's opposition to Japan's export controls on South Korea.<br />The meeting comes just days before the deadline for Seoul to decide whether to renew the information-sharing pact with Japan,... known as the General Security of Military Information Agreement.<br />Japan has already made it clear that it will not resume talks related to its export restrictions,... during director-level talks held on Tuesday.<br />
