The international community is criticizing Washington's recent test of a ground-launched cruise missile,... just weeks after pulling out of a key treaty with Russia that banned such moves.<br />The Kremlin said on Tuesday that last Sunday's missile test showed the U.S. has long been preparing to exit the nuclear pact known as the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty or INF.<br />China also said the test will intensify global arms race, which in turn would have a negative impact on the region and global security.<br />Earlier last week, North Korea also said U.S. missile deployments to South Korea would have negative effects... worse than the THAAD deployment.<br />
