Before departing Seoul later today, Washington's top envoy on Pyeongyang, Stephen Biegun, is meeting South Korea's Deputy National Security Advisor Kim Hyun-chong.<br />A senior Blue House official says they are likely discussing the possibility of North Korea-U.S. nuclear negotiations being held soon.<br />They're expected to figure out how to restart the talks through close bilateral coordination.<br />Seoul's decision on whether to renew or withdraw from GSOMIA could also be on the agenda.<br />
