日 경산상, 韓과 국장급 정책 대화에 '전제조건' 내걸어<br /><br />Japan's trade minister says Tokyo is open to talks with Seoul to resolve their trade dispute, but only if Korea meets what he called "preconditions."<br />In an interview with Japan's Sankei Shimbun, Hiroshige Seko explained that in order for director-level dialogue to resume, Seoul must correct its description of last month's meeting in Tokyo.<br />He claimed the nation misled the public by calling that meeting a "negotiation" where Seoul demanded Japan withdraw its export curbs.<br />The official claims the Korean side had accepted that the session was a just a one-way briefing of Japan's decision, without any demands from the Korean delegation.<br />
