Dave Chappelle to Host Free Block <br />Party in Dayton After Mass Shooting .<br />Chappelle is putting on a block party called <br />"Gem City Shine" for the people of Dayton, Ohio, in the <br />wake of the mass shooting that took place on Aug. 4.<br />The event intends to "honor the lives lost and <br />to reclaim the community's favorite places to <br />shop, dine and enjoy time with family and friends.".<br />According to Dayton.com, <br />20,000 tickets are up for grabs.<br />Attendees are asked to contribute a <br />"minimum donation of $20" for a <br />commemorative t-shirt.<br />All proceeds will go to the tragedy fund <br />at the Dayton Foundation.<br />The event also has a Facebook page <br />with additional details
