Spider-Man Fans Plan to Storm Sony Studios After Removal From MCU.<br />News of Spider-Man's exit from the <br />Marvel Cinematic Universe was <br />confirmed on Tuesday, Aug. 20.<br />As a result, Spider-Man fans <br />have decided to take a stand.<br />A Facebook event, titled, "Storm Sony and Bring Spider-Man Home to the MCU" has been created. .<br />As of Thursday afternoon, 7,500 fans have pledged to attend.<br />Their plan is to dress up in Spider-Man costumes as they storm the premises.<br />The event is scheduled to take place <br />between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Oct. 31 at <br />Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California
