"美, 제재로 맞선다면 北 가장 큰 위협으로 남아있을 것"<br /><br />North Korea's Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho has personally lashed out at his U.S. counterpart.<br />In a statement on Friday, Ri expressed anger at U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for that America will keep its strongest-ever sanctions on North Korea in place... to show the North that denuclearization is the right path.<br />Pompeo's comments, Ri said, came when working-level talks were looking possible,... and he accused Pompeo of hindering rather than helping the talks.<br />The North, he added, is prepared for both dialogue and confrontation... and will remain the biggest threat to America if the sanctions stay.<br />
