Talking about the measures announced by the Indian government on Friday, Singh said, “I think Modi 2.0 is going to be extremely good for India.” Modi 1.0 was more about learning how the economy works. If one looks at the measures announced, one hasn’t seen many politicians going back so quickly on things they have done because they have realised it is the right thing to do for the economy, said Singh.
