Former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak told reporters on Tuesday that he’s relieved the late deputy public prosecutor, Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais, whose body was found in a concrete-filled barrel four years ago, had nothing to do with investigations into SRC International Sdn Bhd.<br /><br />Earlier during the trial, the prosecution’s 57th and final witness, MACC investigating officer SAC Rosli Husain <br />reaffimed that Morais’ death was unrelated to corruption investigations into the former 1MDB subsidiary.<br /><br />In October 2018, one of the accused in the murder of Morais told the High Court that he was offered RM3.5mil by Najib to admit guilt.
