A humanoid robot is used to greet and bring customers their meals at a restaurant in Guwahati, India.<br /><br />The robot, dressed in a traditional Sattriya dress, is used largely to attract customers as shown in the footage filmed on August 27. <br /><br />The designer of the robot, who also owns the restaurant, says: "Families enjoy the courtesy and novelty of being served by the robot."
