From the South: Tropical storm Dorian has passed over Barbados, reportedly leaving minimal damage in it's wake. It is now continuing its pass over the Eastern Caribbean as it heads for Puerto Rico. Also, the Brazilian government has rejected aid offered by G7 countries to fight fires ravaging the Amazon rainforest.
