A 16-year-old Swedish climate activist has crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a zero-emissions sailboat en route to a conference on global warming.<br />Greta Thunberg's two-week journey came to a successful end on Wednesday.<br />The boat she used was powered by solar panels and electricity-producing turbines.<br />The teen activist is calling on world leaders to take bold action and reverse climate change before it's too late.<br />She's scheduled to speak at the UN Climate Action Summit in New York next month.<br />
