Learn how to make Healthy and Tasty चूरमा लड्डू - Churma Ladoo or चूरमा ना लाडू with our chef Toral Rindani<br /><br />Churma Ladoo is an appetizing and delicious Indian mithai, especially popular in Rajasthan and Gujarat. They are often served along with a traditional Rajasthani meal Dal & Baati. These ladoos are also famous in Mumbai, as it is made during Ganesh Chaturthi, where it is served as a prasad to the devotees. <br /><br />Ingredients to make Churma Mixture:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- Ghee(To fry the oval-shaped dough) <br />- 3-4 cups Wheat Flour<br />- 2-3 tbsp Ghee<br />- 1 cup Water <br />- 1 tbsp Black Cardamom Powder<br />- Poppy Seeds<br /><br />Ingredients to make Jaggery Syrup:<br />- 2-3 tbsp Ghee<br />- 1 1/2 Kg Jaggery<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Turn on the gas and heat ghee in a big pan <br />2. Take wheat flour in a bowl along with 2-3 tbsp ghee and mix it<br />3. To make the dough, boil 1 cup of water and add it to the wheat flour bowl, little by little <br />4. Once the dough is made, take some part of it and make oval-shaped dough 5. Fry these oval-shaped dough over a low flame in ghee <br />6. Make oval-shaped dough out of the remaining dough and fry them <br />7. Fry them until they turn light brown, and then take them out on a plate<br />8. Now, break all the fried dough into two pieces, crush them in a mixture <br />and keep this Churma Mixture in a large bowl<br />9. Heat 2-3 tbsp Ghee in a separate pan. Add jaggery into it and let it melt<br />10. Add black cardamom powder into the churma mixture and mix it <br />11. Once the jaggery is melted, pour jaggery syrup in portions over the churma mixture and mix it well with the churma <br />12. Now, before making the ladoo spread some poppy seeds in a plate<br />13. Start making the ladoo with your hands slowly & softly and cover it using some poppy seeds
