A grandmother in California surprised her granddaughter with her first-ever pet horse.<br /><br />Deanna Eckenrode-Zamora made Kayla wear a blindfold as they drove up to their home on August 8 before pretending the surprise was a puppy.<br /><br />"Once we got to the home and we got out of the car I took her blindfold off and she stared at an empty stall. Still had no clue what was going on. We were pretending it was a puppy and as we were calling for the puppy her sister came around the corner with her horse," Deanna told Newsflare.
