The Supreme Court has asked the Armed Forces and the Philippine Military Academy to comment on the petition of dismissed Cadet First Class Aldrin Jeff Cudia to be included in the list of graduating students. Cudia was dismissed for violating the PMA's Honor Code after he allegedly lied about the reason he was late for class.
