Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador warned that tougher penalties including whipping await illegal wildlife poachers and smugglers.<br /><br />He said this after launching the Ops Bersepadu Khazanah at the 3rd Battalion, General Operations Force in Bidor on Tuesday.
