한일관계 악화 와중에 日외무성 한반도 실무라인 교체<br /><br />Japan's foreign ministry has replaced its top diplomat for Asian affairs at a time when bilateral ties between Seoul and Tokyo are at their worst in recent years.<br />Shigeki Takizaki will oversee diplomatic issues with South and North Korea starting next Monday.<br />He is currently in charge of the ministry's Southeast and Southwest Asian Affairs Department and also of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.<br />He'll replace Kenji Kanasugi , who will serve as senior deputy foreign minister for economic affairs.<br />
