문 대통령 6일까지 장관 후보자 인사청문경과 보고서 재송부 요청<br /><br />President Moon Jae-in asked parliament to send reports on the confirmation hearings for his six minister nominees by Friday.<br />Hearings have been held for all except for Cho Kuk.<br />According to the president's senior secretary for public communication, the South Korean leader wants to go ahead and appoint them soon after returning from his overseas trip this Friday.<br />The hearing for the justice minister nominee could not be held due to corruption allegations surrounding Cho and his family.<br />Adopting a report after a confirmation hearing is parliament's way of expressing approval of the president's nominees, but it's not legally required.<br />Under the current administration, 16 high-level officials have been appointed without one.<br />
