Flowers have been left by family and friends and good wishers today (September 3) just opposite the scene of car crash and death in Watford.<br /><br />Two men have been charged with the murder of Luke O'Connell and today appeared at Hatfield Remand Court.<br /><br />The incident happened on Saturday (August 31) after police received reports of a car crash and a fight taking place.<br /><br />Police discovered O'Connell injured with serious stab wounds at around 3 am and rushed him to hospital where he died.
