Spain's acting Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has once again rejected the far-left Unidas Podemos' demand for a formal coalition government.<br /><br />On Tuesday, Mr Sanchez unveiled a new programme of policies to encourage the far-left party into backing him as Prime Minister.
