BAHAMAS — A bunch of narcissists on Instagram must be snorting some intense Kool-Aid if they think nothing says thoughts and prayers like a sexy beach selfie.

According to the BBC, at least seven people are dead in the Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian wreaked major havoc and devastated the island nation.

As is the new normal these days, people took to social media to react — some far less appropriately than others. Cue instagrammers hijacking the Bahamas geotag and Hurricane Dorian hashtag to post vacation throwbacks and sexy bikini snaps.

The tone-deaf 'grammers claim they're merely spreading awareness of the tragedy, though we're not quite sure if they meant the hurricane or themselves.

Needless to say, the stunt did not sit well with a lot of folks, who immediately called out the insensitive behavior for what it is — shameless self-promotion.

Why the hell else would we need a butt close-up shoved in our faces?

If you really, honestly want to help, quit with the "thoughts and prayers" schtick. That's not going to rebuild the Bahamas, donations will.
