U.S. transport safety investigators have found that Tesla's automated driver-assist system was partly to blame for the crash in LA in 2018.<br />The National Transportation Safety Board said on Wednesday the driver’s failure to stop for the truck AND Tesla’s autopilot system were both to blame for the crash.<br />The crash occurred back in 2018 when a 2014 Tesla Model S crashed into a fire truck parked on a California highway.<br />The report comes as questions on the effectiveness of semi-autonomous driving systems are rising.<br />
