As Hurricane Dorian moves up the east coast of the United States, North Carolina has also declared state of emergency on Wednesday.<br />Over 2-million people in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina are under mandatory evacuations.<br />The Category 2 storm is forecast to bring heavy winds and torrential rain until Friday local time before heading out into the Atlantic.<br />Earlier this week, the killer storm pounded the Bahamas, leaving at least 7 people dead.<br />
