North Korea's Vice Premier Ri Ryong-nam says.... the North wants to strengthen economic cooperation with Russia's Far East.<br />Ri is in Vladivostok for the Eastern Economic Forum.<br />The Far East region of Primorsky Krai said on its website.... that right after Ri got there on Monday,... he met with the region's governor, Oleg Kozhemyako.<br />Ri said,... the North is now focusing on economic development,... and that prospects are bright for cooperation with Russia in the areas of construction, agriculture, fisheries and tourism.<br />Today, instead of attending the forum's plenary session...., Ri will be meeting with other senior Russian officials.<br />
