Downright ridiculous! With those words, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima disputed allegations she sanitized the Malampaya scam charge sheet because of her political plans. A newspaper reported that no one among 97 mayors who received a portion of the Malampaya funds was charged after promising to support de Lima's Senate bid.
