Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was awarded the Order of Sikatuna with the rank of Rajah. During a state dinner for Yudhoyono's honor, President Aquino praised the Indonesian leader for acting like a father to the ASEAN region during his 10 years as president.
