Search and rescue operation is ongoing for fisherman Mojur Rahman Omar Khaz feared to have drowned after the boat he was in capsized near the Penang Esplanade Thursday morning.<br /><br />Penang Fire and Rescue Department (fire operations and safety) officer Supt Nafis Ariff Abdullah said the boat with five on board hit a buoy at sea before capsizing, however, four managed to save themselves.
