An out-of-control car slammed into a utility pole and knocked it over in eastern China.<br /><br />The terrifying moment, captured in Nantong city in Jiangsu province on August 29, shows a white car smashing into a utility pole on the side of a road and knocking it over.<br /><br />Smoke then started to rise from the car as two people exited the wrecked vehicle.<br /><br />An owner of a nearby restaurant quickly used a fire extinguisher to put any possible fire out.<br /><br />According to reports, the driver was confirmed to be driving under the influence.<br /><br />Fortunately, no one was injured. The case is being investigated.
