北도 태풍 링링에 대비... 김정은 "태풍 피해 최소화에 모든 역량 집중"<br /><br />Now with the typhoon heading north, North Korea is also bracing itself for Typhoon Lingling.<br />Pyeongyang's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported... that the regime's ruling party convened an emergency meeting of its central military committee on Friday morning presided over by Kim Jong-un.<br />Kim stressed that the military should take the lead to reduce damage from the typhoon.<br />He said people should be moved away from areas prone to flooding and landslides,... while crops, infrastructure and properties should be protected.<br />Through broadcasts on its state-run Korean Central Television, the North has forecast that Typhoon Lingling will reach its southwestern province of Hwanghaenam-do tonight... and move northward to China by tomorrow morning. <br />
