Usually doctors go for easy compromise and get blackmailed due to their softness and reputation consciousness. <br />Moreover doctors don't know much about law which again makes them easy victim. <br /> <br />Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence & Damage to Property) Act, 2008 is made to protect doctors, paramedicals and their properties. <br /> <br />Dr Arvinder Singh is postgraduate medical doctor working as CEO Arth Diagnostics, Udaipur.
