Target to Roll out <br />Revamped Loyalty Program Target Circle will go <br />nationwide on Oct. 6. The loyalty program is free, <br />does not require a Target credit card <br />and includes a new birthday reward perk. Other perks include 1% back on purchases, <br />personally tailored coupons, VIP access <br />to deal days and a say in which <br />nonprofits Target will donate to. The existing Cartwheel coupon platform <br />will be integrated into the new Target Circle. The company has already been <br />testing the program in a handful <br />of markets around the U.S. Rick Gomez, Target CMO, via CNBC Target shares are up this <br />year by more than 60%.
