Over at the top office,... an emergency National Security Council meeting was convened this morning and led by the nation's security chief, Chung Eui-yong.<br />According to the Blue House, the Council expressed grave concerns over North Korea's continued missile launches over the past several weeks.<br />The meeting was held via videoconferencing starting this morning at 8.<br />
