한미 북핵수석대표 전화협의…이도훈 본부장 내주 방미 검토<br /><br />U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, held phone talks this morning with his South Korean counterpart, Lee Do-hoon.<br />Seoul's foreign ministry says the two discussed practical ways to achieve complete denuclearization and permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula... while agreeing to meet for further discussions in the near future.<br />Lee Do-hoon is reportedly planning to visit Washington next week for talks with Biegun.<br />As their phone conversation came soon after North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Choi Son-hui expressed willingness to resume talks, it's widely believed that their main focus was to set the stage for possible Pyeongyang-Washington nuclear talks.<br />
