India rebutted Pakistan’s charges of alleged human rights violations and brutality in Kashmir. Vimarsh Aryan, first secretary in India’s permanent mission to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, said Pakistan’s version was “an ill-disguised effort to advance its territorial ambitions".
