South Korea looks to have prevailed on the major issues in its WTO dispute settlement against Japan over pneumatic valves, which are used for automobiles, general machinery and electronics.<br />According to a report disclosed by the WTO appeals body on Monday,... it decided that Seoul's anti-dumping tariffs on such valves did not violate WTO rules.<br />The final decision will be confirmed by the WTO dispute settlement body within 30 days.<br />Tokyo had filed the complaint against the South Korean government after Seoul imposed anti-dumping duties on pneumatic valves in 2015.<br />
