Conscious farmers in Dhekiajuli, Sonitpur seized two loaded trucks carrying subsidized urea on Wednesday morning.<br /><br />Acting on a tip-off, the conscious farmers informed the matter to Dhekiajuli police and apprehended both the drivers. Both the drivers couldn't produce any valid challans during interrogation.<br /><br />It is to be noted that these Government-subsidized urea gets illegally smuggled out of the country while the farmers starve to death.<br /><br />Meanwhile, the trucks bearing registration number AS 12C 1817 and AS 12E 5509 is under police custody.
