PKR vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin said she was awaiting an invitation from party president Anwar Ibrahim, whom she claimed had promised to meet her.<br /><br />She was responding to reporters who asked about efforts by the faction aligned to PKR deputy president Azmin Ali, to meet with Anwar.<br /><br />Ampang MP Zuraida had previously told the media that she had sent three letters to Anwar regarding the matter without getting a reply.<br /><br />Meanwhile, party secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution had rebuffed the idea, saying there was no need for any reconciliation meetings within the party and asking her to just attend PKR meetings.
