Gwyneth Paltrow Helped <br />Expose Harvey Weinstein Paltrow was 22 years old when Weinstein hired her for the adaptation of 'Emma.' It is alleged that he manhandled her in a Beverly Hills hotel and suggested they give each other massages. Paltrow says she refused and told <br />then-partner Brad Pitt, who warned <br />Weinstein to never touch her again. The 'New York Times' story of sexual <br />harassment allegations led to Weinstein's <br />dismissal from his own company. He has denied allegations of assault and non-<br />consensual sex and will be put on trial in January. 'New York Times' reporters Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey commended Paltrow in their investigation. In 'She Said,' the new book by the <br />two reporters, Paltrow is called <br />"an early, crucial source." Kantor described the significance of Paltrow's assistance in an interview. Jodi Kantor, to CBS Twohey also said in an interview <br />with NBC that Paltrow was <br />"determined to help."
