LeBron James Denied Trademark <br />for 'Taco Tuesday' LeBron's <br />"Taco Tuesday" videos <br />have gone viral <br />on Instagram. LBJ Trademarks, one of James' companies, <br />submitted the trademark paperwork in August. According to the application, the trademark was to be <br />used in "social media, search engine marketing," as well as "inquiry marketing, internet marketing, mobile <br />marketing, blogging and other forms of passive, <br />shareable or viral communications channels." The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office <br />refused the application on Wednesday. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office James' spokesman said <br />that the application <br />was filed "to ensure <br />LeBron cannot be <br />sued for any use of <br />'Taco Tuesday'."
