Cardi B Leads <br />2019 BET Hip <br />Hop Awards.<br />The rap artist <br />secured 10 nominations, <br />including MVP of the year.<br /> Cardi B is also nominated <br />in the hustler of the year, single <br />of the year, best hip-hop video <br />and hot ticket performer categories.<br />She won four awards <br />during the 2018 ceremony.<br />Travis Scott, J. Cole and <br />DJ Khaled are tied for second <br />place with eight nominations each.<br />Drake slipped to third this <br />year with seven nominations.<br />Nipsey Hussle <br />grabbed five nominations.<br />The BET Hip Hop Awards <br />air Tuesday night, <br />October 8 at 8 p.m. EST
