Workers begin to put bubble wrap on the statue of the late Sen. Benigno 'Ninoy' Aquino Jr. after its base was damaged during a road side clearing operation by the DPWH along the corner of Timog Ave. and Quezon Ave. The statue will be transferred and be placed in a temporary holding facility until a permanent and ideal relocation site is identified.
