Traffic on the nation's major highways will reach its peak today as people head to and from their hometowns outside the big cities.<br /> The Korea Expressway Corporation says cars heading in and out of the Seoul metropolitan area will face heavy delays from around 3 to 5 PM.<br />The congestion on highways heading to Seoul is expected to return to normal early tomorrow morning at around 3 or 4 AM.<br />And traffic heading south will start to flow smoothly from around 11 PM to midnight.<br />Weather-wise, we're looking at blue skies with a few clouds on the east coast, so the full moon tonight will be visible in most areas. <br />
