Traffic on the nation's major highways reached its peak today as people headed to and from their hometowns outside the big cities.<br /> The stretches of highway backed up across the country total some 700 kilometers.<br />The Korea Expressway Corporation says more than 6-point-2 million cars are expected to be on the highways today.<br />The congestion heading to Seoul is expected to return to normal early tomorrow morning at around 3 or 4 AM.<br />And traffic heading south will start to flow smoothly from around 11 PM to midnight.<br />Weather-wise, it's clear skies tonight with a few clouds on the east coast, so the full moon will be visible in most areas. <br />
