Young Cancer Survivor Gets <br />'Bumblebee' Birthday Surprise 4-year-old Whitaker Weinburger <br />of Alexandria, Virginia, is in remission <br />after battling cancer for most of his life. His mother, Erin, <br />wanted to make his <br />birthday special by <br />catering to his love <br />of the 'Transformers' <br />character, Bumblebee. Erin Weinburger, via Facebook Erin Weinburger, via Facebook Erin took to Facebook <br />to ask the community <br />to help make <br />Whitaker's birthday <br />extra special, and the <br />plea became viral. The Alexandria Sheriff's Office helped get the <br />word out, and people with yellow vehicles came <br />to help "transform" Whitaker's walk to school. Even Jeremy Levy, <br />who voiced Bumblebee <br />in the 'Transformers' <br />films, caught wind of <br />the occasion and <br />made Whitaker a <br />personalized message <br />from the character. Those who couldn't attend sent gifts. The Northern Virginia Tesla Owners Society even <br />donated a small yellow car customized for Whitaker.
